This red IGT Umbria is named after a traditional dance that was performed during the harvest.
It is our youthful wine and is produced in Umbria, in the Trasimeno lake region, from Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes.
The harvest takes place between September and October, depending on the variety, after which the maceration takes place, allowing for the necessary skin contact for 15 days.
The alcoholic fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks and then the wine is placed in 50 hl. barrels of Slavonian oak for four months.
Wine with a good balance in the body and excellent drinkability.
The aromas are spicy with hints of red jam, liquorice and chocolate.
Good concentration and harmonious tannins on the palate.
Perfect with pasta, risotto, white or red roasted meat, freshwater fish, cheese.
